Netflix's The Witcher: Blood Origin shot various scenes on location in Iceland. The crew used the Viking village at Stokksnes in southeastern Iceland to portray the Inis Dubh settlement and the Vestrahorn mountain range as the Valley of the Lost Souls. Green lava fields covered with moss close to Eyjafjallajökull Glacier were used for various scenes, including Eldhraun. The crew also filmed in the highlands, most notably at the epic Sigöldugljúfur canyon, for a scene in the series finale.
